Restrictions:
Valid with 2016 rates only, promotions and Early Booking Bonus unless specified. Minimum 3 night stay. 5 Rooms minimum group size. Valid for Weddings & Non Weddings Groups. Maximum 3 free rooms per group. Effective immediately, now 20% food and beverage discount and $250 resort credit applies to Azul Fives Hotel for ALL days of the week. Previously it only applied for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday ceremony dates.

Terms & Conditions:
Credits are per room, per stay. Credits are not combinable with any other credit or voucher. Candlelight dinner credit not valid on Lobster Menu. Groups promotion does not apply to Palafitos Over-water Bungalows.Free rooms do not apply during black out dates. F&B Credit and Resort Credit still applies.

Details:

• Promotion is only valid on reservations booked within the room block through the same travel agency and tour operator.
• Rooms booked outside of the room block will not apply to total counts.

Private Event:
Discount only applies to food and beverage portion of event for items purchased from the banquet kit. The 20% discount on F&B applies to minimum 5 rooms blocked.

Free Wedding Package:
The Free wedding package is only applicable to groups that have purchased the qualifying room category. Room upgrades that have been provided on a complimentary basis do not apply. Free wedding package is available at certain hotels only.

Free Stay:
Room category for FREE room (and all additional free stays) is in the lead in category or lowest category & number of nights booked under the group contract with applicable 2016/2017 contracted rates. Extra nights and category upgrades will be based on the tour operators 2016/2017 contracted rates. If the room is booked in a higher category or more nights than what's qualified, a credit will be issued to apply towards that reservation.
